Frequently asked questions
Can our existing files be migrated?+
Yes, and it is the first step. Existing files are read, customer and product names are normalised and historical records are imported.
Our server is old and cannot be upgraded.+
Not a blocker. We have built architectures that run on version-constrained servers without touching them. We map the constraints first and pick technology accordingly.
Accounting wants its own file format.+
The system can generate the format accounting already uses. No department has to change how it works.
Do you cover pharmaceutical warehouses?+
Yes. Batch and expiry tracking has its own page: /solutions/pharma-warehouse
